Tom Christofferson is a gay Mormon. To many, this is a conflict that cannot be reconciled. But for Tom, it’s not that simple. His personal journey brought him away from being an active Mormon years ago. But most recently, his journey brought him back to being a full-time member of the church. In this episode, Sean Sevy joins a group called FaithAgain, where Tom Christofferson is the guest speaker. Tom candidly shares his experience with a group of Mormons–many of which are struggling with the conflict of having family members who identify as LGBTQ while also being devoted members in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
In this episode, we address some of the issues of being committed to both faith and family.
